2. Participating Clients, Merchant Policies, and Third Party Websites
Some pages here link to other sites. Each one has its own privacy statement, which you can read by following the link on that site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of client or third-party websites. Before you share personal information or complete a transaction with any merchant or other third party, review their privacy policy first.
What this looks like in practice
A policy page is mostly about links. When a center points to a merchant, a booking tool or another website, that site handles your information under its own rules. The link on the page is the way to see them. Staff can walk you through how the center handles your own family's information, and where to ask if something is unclear.
Knowing who holds your information matters more once a child is enrolled. You will register, pay, and share details about allergies and pickups. A clear policy tells you which site keeps each piece and who to contact when it changes. Ask at the front desk and they will point you to the right place.
